All products in Eggenland are original and made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Eggenland.

Contact Eggenland (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning any products. Every product is original and made on-demand especially for each customer. Eggenland does not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the size a buyer chooses for hoodies or t-shirts. A new order would need to be placed for an updated size. Refunds are only possible if products are misprinted, damaged or defective. Before purchasing t-shirts or hoodies, double-check the size guide.
